Perfect snack for the telly! Pasta made this way is fantastically crispy, you can flavour it however you like and it can be baked in the oven, hot air fryer and fried in oil.
1.
Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook al dente.
2.
Then drain them and toss them in a bowl with oil, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
TIP: Of course, the spices you choose are up to you – they can also be great with dried garlic or a little chilli.
3.
There are three ways to cook the crispy pasta:
in the oven: 200°C, 12 to 14 minutes,
in a hot-air fryer: 200°C, 10 minutes,
or fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
4.
Crunchy pasta tastes delicious on its own, but can also be served with a tasty homemade dressing.
5.
Good taste!
