Protein-cheesecake cheesecake

2 packets butter biscuits (250 g) 125 g butter 250 g soft cream cheese 250 g Mascarpone 1 tbsp honey to taste protein to taste cinnamon 1 pk egg blueberries

Simple and quick cottage cheese and protein cheesecake like from the cake shop ☺️

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Make the butter biscuits and mix with melted butter. (I add about 1dcl of milk). So that it forms a mass that won’t curdle. Line a baking tray, which we have lined with baking paper in advance, with the mixture. Mine is about 25cm in diameter.

With the mass, line a baking tray that we have lined with baking paper. And bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

From the other ingredients, prepare the cream by mixing it by hand or with a mixer on the slowest speed. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked base and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove and place blueberries on top and place back in the oven for 20 minutes. (I watch to see if it burns, if it does I take it out sooner) Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool
