These walnut jalapeno popper soup pancakes are great for entertaining because all you have to do is cook them before anyone gets there, then put them out and pour – one meal at a time that will feed for hours. All you have to do is prep it, bake it and then sit down again because everything fits on your back so you can make the best snacks all the time. Word to the wise, these are very very exciting, so you may want to make more than 1 pan full if you’ve cooked for people who don’t know what full means.
What you’ll need
CBC Sweet Party Rolls (as many as you can fit in your baking kit!) 1/2 cup cream cheese (room temperature) 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons ranch dressing 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (1/4 for wrapping) 1/2 cup smoked gouda 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers 1/2 cup chopped bacon nonstick spray
How to make it
Preheat your oven to 350 F Start by stirring to fill. Combine the snake, sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dressing and mix together. Add cheddar, gouda, pickled jalapenos and bacon and stir. Add Ritz crackers to thicken it up. Set the mixture aside. Spray your pan with nonstick spray and place the bottom half of the CBC Sweet Party Rolls'on the bottom of a baking sheet, separated from each other. Gently slide in the jalapeno popper mixture and pull so that the fall is evenly distributed. Top with the top half of the stone chips and sprinkle with the reserved Čeder. Bake at 350 F until popper mixture bubbles and cheese crust is browned. Let your guests eat the way they like!
