This easy smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich recipe is a quick and easy addition to any afternoon tea or light lunch.
What you’ll need
1 loaf of chicken bread (such as buttermilk) 1/2 cup cream cheese (about 1/3 of a 12-ounce container of cream cheese) 1/2 pound smoked salmon (thinly sliced) Lemon juice, to taste Salt and pepper , to taste Dried parsley or smoked paprika to taste
How to make
For every two loaves of bread, divide the bread evenly between the loaves with the cream cheese. Cover one side of the sandwich with salmon slices. Season with lemon juice and herbs. Fold the slices, cut the crusts and cut the sandwich diagonally in half to create four triangle finger sandwiches .
