Total time: 1 hr 35 min
Waiting time: 8 hr
Difficulty level: medium
For this you will need:
For the peanut caramel layer:
120 g soured condensed milk 600 g soft caramel 400 g salted peanuts
For the marshmallow-peanut layer:
120 g condensed milk 250 g fine sugar 100 g butter 120 g peanut butter 400 g marshmallow fluff (2 packets)
For the chocolate layer:
300 g melted whole milk couvertüre
For the chocolate icing:
350 g whole milk couvertüre 350 g dark couvertüre 40 g coconut fat
Additionally:
Baking pan, size: 30 x 15 x 10 cm 3 cups or bowls of equal height Baking rack
How to do it:
1. Melt the condensed milk and caramels in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Add the peanuts and mix everything together. Then pour the peanut caramel into a greased cake pan lined with baking paper and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Heat – also at a very low temperature and stirring constantly – condensed milk and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved. Add butter and peanut butter and stir everything together. Then fold in the marshmallow fluff. (It is best to warm the fluff a little beforehand, so it is easier to remove from the package). Put the marshmallow layer on top of the peanut caramel in the cake tin, smooth everything down and put the tin back in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Melt 300 g of milk chocolate and put it in the cake tin as a third layer. Put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or even better overnight.
4. Löse the mixture from the cake pan and stürze it on three cups or dishes of equal height, placed on a baking sheet.
5. For the glaze, melt 300 g each of the milk and dark chocolate over a water bath at about 50 °C. Then add the coconut oil and the remaining chocolate. Mix well until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Allow the chocolate to cool to 28°C, stirring it constantly. Pour the chocolate icing over the entire bar and gently press a grid onto the chocolate to create the typical Snickers pattern. Put the bar again for half an hour in the refrigerator.
