Chocolate and speculoos fondant in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for chocolate and speculoos fondant in Thermomix, a tasty soft and fondant chocolate cake on a crispy speculoos base, easy to make in Thermomix for a dessert or a snack.
Ingredients:
180 g speculoos 200 g chocolate 3 eggs 4 tablespoons liquid honey 120 g sugar 120 g butter 70 g flour
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Put the speculoos and honey in the bowl of the thermomix then mix for 20 seconds at speed 7.
Pour into a springform pan then pack well and set aside.
Put the chocolate in the bowl in pieces then chop for 10 seconds at speed 9.
Add the butter then set for 3 minutes at 50° at speed 2.
Add the sugar, eggs and flour then mix for 20 seconds on speed 4.
Pour the mixture over the speculoos then bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove your chocolate speculoos fondant then allow to cool and unmould.
