Christmas shortbread with Cocoa in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Christmas cocoa shortbread in Thermomix, tasty little shortbread with the intense taste of cocoa, easy and quick to prepare in Thermomix. They are perfect to garnish your Christmas gourmet baskets.
Ingredients:
150 g flour 150 g butter 1 egg 70 g cornstarch 80 g powdered sugar 15 g bitter cocoa 1/2 packet baking powder
Preparation in Thermomix:
Put the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cocoa and butter in the thermomix bowl then mix for 20 seconds on speed 6.
Add the egg then set 20 seconds to speed 6.
Form a ball of dough then wrap in cling film and place in a cool place for 30 minutes. On a floured work surface roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 to 6 mm.
Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter then place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 170°C and then bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Let cool then decorate the shortbread with melted white chocolate.
