Here is the recipe to make Kit kat brownies with Thermomix, a delicious chocolate cake, very easy to make and will please the whole family and especially kit kat lovers.

Ingredients:
150 g milk or dark chocolate 110 g butter 90 g sugar 45 g flour 1 teaspoon yeast 3 eggs 5 Kit kat cookies
Preparation:
Place the chocolate in the bowl then chop for 7 seconds on speed 7.
Add the butter then set for 4 minutes at 50° on speed 2.
Add the sugar, flour, eggs and baking powder then mix for 40 seconds on speed 4.
Butter and flour a pan then pour in half the batter.
Then place the Kit Kat cookies and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C.
