Easy orange juice cake with thermomix. Here is a recipe for Estonian Kringle, easy and simple to make at home with the thermomix.

Ingredients ( 8 Servings )
– 4 eggs
– 250 g flour
– 1 bag vanilla sugar
– 240 g oil
– 240 g orange juice
– 250 g powdered sugar
– 1 packet baking powder
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter the marked and reserved pan.
2- Insert the whisk. Put the egg whites and a pinch of salt in and whisk for 6 min/speed 3.5 then set aside
3- Lift the whisk. Add the eggs and sugar and mix for 2 min/speed 5
4- Add the oil and orange juice and mix for 30sec/speed 4
5- Add the flour and yeast and mix for 10sec/speed 2.5
6- Put the whisk. Add the whipped egg whites and mix 15sec/speed 2.5. Pour the preparation in the mould.
7- Bake 45 min
