Here is the recipe for the flan of asparagus and boursin without dough WW,a delicious flan light, fragrant, easy and simple to make to accompany your meat or fish dishes.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 6 sp / person –
1 bunch of green asparagus 200 g ricotta cheese 100 g boursin garlic and herbs 5 eggs salt, pepper
Preparation:
Trim and slice the asparagus then split the tips in 2.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the ricotta and boursin, salt, pepper then whisk well.
Add the asparagus mix then pour everything into a baking dish covered with parchment paper.
Then bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
