Here is the recipe for Ultra Light Yogurt Cake, a delicious light, fat-free cake that can be made in less than an hour for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
50 g flour 5 tablespoons oat bran 4 eggs 150 g vanilla yogurt 0% 120 ml skim milk 2 teaspoons sweetener 1 packet baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix the oat bran in a blender.
Then mix the obtained oat powder with the flour and yeast then add the sweetener, eggs, yogurt milk and vanilla extract.
Mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous paste then pour into a silicone mold or normal mold covered with parchment paper.
Then bake your cake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
