Homemade Baileys in Thermomix is a simple and easy recipe to make your own whiskey based liqueur with your Thermomix machine, decrease or add more whiskey according to your taste, the drink can be stored up to a month in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
300g powdered sugar 500g whole milk 50g white chocolate 50g dark chocolate 3 egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 200g Whiskey
Preparation:
Put the chopped dark and white chocolate in the bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 9.
Then add the egg yolks, sugar and milk, let it cook for 8 minutes at 90° on speed 4. Let the mixture cool completely, then add the vanilla extract and whiskey and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.
Pour the mixture into a bottle and place in the refrigerator 2 days before enjoying.
