Endives with ham and béchamel sauce

Today we offer you the recipe for endives with ham with béchamel sauce, cooked endives, rolled in a slice of ham, covered with a béchamel sauce and baked.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
4 endives 4 slices of defatted ham 300 ml skim milk 30 g flour 30 g butter Nutmeg Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the butter to melt in a saucepan then add the flour to it, let it cook while stirring constantly. Add the milk a little at a time and mix over low heat until smooth.
Add salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
Cook the endive in boiling water for 10 minutes, then wrap each endive in a slice of ham and place in a previously buttered ovenproof dish.
Pour the béchamel sauce over the ham endives, and bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
