Brioche for diet

The recipe for the diet bun is very light, with a thin crumb and above all very easy to make. Requires minimal effort.

Ingredients:
300 g flour 4 tablespoons sweetener 1 packet of baker’s yeast 2 eggs 10 cl skim milk 60 g fat 40% 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl add the flour, dig a well, add the sweetener, yeast, eggs and warm milk, mix well.
Add the softened butter and salt then knead the dough 10min by hand or with a food processor.
Let it rise away from drafts for 1 hour.
Roll it out then fold it then shape your brioche.
Let it rise for 30 minutes, then put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Pull it out and let it cool then cut it into 10 pieces.
