Chicken Blanquette with WW Curry

Here is the recipe for WW curry chicken blanquette,a tasty blanquette that is very light and well-flavored, easy and simple to make, and ideal for a change from veal blanquette.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 3 SP / person –
500 chicken breast 2 carrots in slices 1 leek in slices 1 box of mushrooms 3 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 teaspoon of curry 500 ml of boiling water 1 chicken stock cube defatted 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 tablespoons of fresh cream to 4% mg salt, pepper
Preparation :
In a casserole dish heat the olive oil then sauté the leek, carrots and mushrooms for a few minutes.
Add the chicken then sprinkle the cornstarch and curry powder and stir.
Pour in the boiling water, stock cube, salt and pepper then cook for 25 minutes.
Then add the fresh cream stir then cook for another 2 minutes.
Then serve your poultry blanquette with pasta or rice.
