Original Tiramisu in Thermomix

Ingredients:
300 g boudoirs 3 eggs 100 g powdered sugar 500 g mascarpone 250 ml cold coffee cocoa powder
Preparation in Thermomix:
Prepare the coffee then add 20 g of powdered sugar, mix and let cool to the side.
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Insert the whisk into the thermomix bowl, put the egg whites and 80 g of powdered sugar then set 3 minutes at 37° on speed 4. Then set aside.
Keep the whisk and put the egg yolks and mascarpone in the bowl then mix for 3 minutes at speed 3.
Fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture then gently mix with a Maryse.
Dip the spoon cookies in the coffee for 3 seconds then arrange them on the bottom of the dish.
Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream then arrange another layer of wet spoon cookies.
Cover with the remaining mascarpone cream.
Put in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, then before serving sprinkle with cocoa.
