Here is the recipe for quiche lorraine without light pastry, quiche with ham instead of bacon, easy and simple to make.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 5 points / person –
3 eggs 100 g flour 100 g low-fat cream 5% 250 g skimmed milk 40 g grated Parmesan cheese 200 g ham cut into cubes Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Whip the eggs with the milk and cream then add the flour and mix.
Add the parmesan, and the ham, salt and pepper then mix.
Pour the preparation into a mold previously covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
