Zucchini and Ham Wrap in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for the zucchini and ham wrap in Thermomix, a tasty and light salty wrap, based on a zucchini sponge cake topped with cheese and ham, easy and simple to make in Thermomix, and perfect to serve as a cold starter or as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
For the zucchini wrap:
3 eggs 50 g flour 2 zucchini 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon sour cream 1/2 packet baking powder salt, pepper
For the filling:
100 g ham 200 g Philadelphia
Preparation in Thermomix:
Grate the zucchini then drain.
Put the zucchini in the bowl, add the olive oil then set 4 minutes at 100° on spoon/reverse speed.
At the buzzer let cool then add the egg yolks, flour, baking powder, fresh cream and mix 30 seconds at speed 3 /reverse direction.
Pour into a bowl and set aside.
Wash and dry the bowl, insert the whisk then put the egg whites and beat them into snow for 5 minutes at speed 3.5.
Incorporate the egg whites into the previous preparation then mix with a Maryse.
Pour the dough into a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
Once baked, turn out onto a damp cloth and remove the parchment paper.
Spread the philadelphia cheese then place the ham slices and roll loosely.
Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
