Brioche bouldouk in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for bouldouk brioche in Thermomix,a goodbriochewith a stringy crumb, melting, soft and crispy on the outside, very easy to make,it is perfect for breakfast and snack.
Ingredients:
300 g flour 140 g milk 10 g baker’s yeast 50 g brown sugar 50 g butter 1 egg 1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
40 g butter 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preparation:
Put the milk and yeast in the bowl and then heat for 3 minutes at 37° on speed 2.
Add the flour, sugar, salt and egg then set 8 minutes on epi.
After 3 minutes add the butter through the opening.
Put the dough in a bowl then cover and let rise for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Melt the butter then add the brown sugar and mix.
Deaerate the dough then divide it into 4 balls.
Roll out each ball into a circle then take the first circle and brush it with melted butter and place the second circle and brush again.
Place the third and brush with butter finally place the last circle.
Spread the dough into a large rectangle then cut it into 7 or 8 strips.
Roll each strip on itself ( in a snail shape )then place them in a buttered or parchment covered pan and let rise for 2 hours.
Brush the top with the remaining melted butter and brown sugar then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C ( preheated oven ).
