Chicken Legs with Mustard

Here is the recipe for chicken thighs with mustard, a good chicken dish with a creamy and smooth mustard sauce, easy and quick to cook for a light meal accompanied by a good salad or a pan of Vegetable Recipes.
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 skinless chicken thighs ( 120 g each) 1 clove of garlic 1 onion 180 ml fresh cream 4% mg 3 teaspoons of mustard 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon of olive oil parsley salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel then finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a saucepan heat the olive oil then add the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken thighs and let brown for a few minutes.
In a bowl mix the cream, mustard, vinegar salt and pepper then pour over the thighs. Sprinkle with chopped parsley then serve your dish of chicken thighs with mustard immediately.
