Here is the recipe for pasta with peas, salmon and boursin WW, a good quick and light dish.

Ingredients for 4 people: – 10 sp / person –

300 g pasta 250 g peas 1 onion 200 g salmon 100 g boursin garlic and herbs light 1 tablespoon milk 2 teaspoons olive oil salt, pepper

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the directions on the package, then drain it.
In a frying pan heat the oil do’live then fry the chopped onion for 3 minutes.
Add the peas then cook for 5 minutes.
Add the salmon cut into small pieces salt and pepper then cook for 6 minutes.
Then add the cheese and milk, stir and leave for 3 minutes.
Add the drained pasta then mix well and serve your dish.
