Ingredients for 4 people: – 5 points / person – 150g red beans (canned) drained 120g white beans( canned) drained 150g corn (canned) drained 2 red peppers 3 tomatoes 1 red onion a few fresh cilantro leaves 4 spoons of low-fat vinaigrette Preparation:
Start by slicing the onion then dice the tomatoes and pepper
In a salad bowl put the drained beans and corn then add the Vegetable Recipes.
Drizzle with dressing then toss and keep chilled for at least 1 hour before serving.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
