Ingredients: 500 g broccoli 1 onion olive oil 1 l chicken stock salt, pepper. Preparation:
Put the peeled onion in the thermomix bowl then blend for 5 sec at speed 7.
Add a little olive oil then set 3 min at 100° at speed 1.
Add the broth and the chopped broccoli, then set 20 min at 100° on speed 1 reverse.
At the buzzer, add salt and pepper then blend the soup 30 sec at speed 10.
Then serve your broccoli soup hot in bowls.
