Fried rice with Vegetable Recipes and WW chicken

Here is the recipe for WW Vegetable and Chicken Stir-Fried Rice, a good complete dish with Asian flavors, easy and simple to make for a light meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 6 sp / person –
200 g basmati rice 200 g chicken 50 g green beans 2 carrots 100 g peas 60 g corn 1 tablespoon salted soy sauce 3 teaspoons seed oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the rice in boiling salted water, then drain it.
In a pan heat the oil then add the soy sauce and the chicken cut into pieces.
Peel the carrots then cut the pieces, then add the Vegetable Recipes to the pan, salt, pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
Finally add the corn and the drained rice then mix and serve.
