Matcha tea shortbread with thermomix. Here is a recipe for matcha tea shortbread, easy and simple to make using your thermomix.
Ingredients ( 4 People )
– 65 grams of caster sugar, to make the icing sugar
– 145 grams of soft butter
– 240 grams of flour
– 5 tsp. level teaspoons of matcha green tea
– 50 grams of caster sugar
– 3 large egg yolks
Preparation
Put the 65 grams of caster sugar in your bowl 10 sec vit 9 to make your powdered sugar.
Add the matcha tea , then put the ointment butter, flour in the bowl and set then give 2-3 turbo pressures.
Add the 3 egg yolks and knead 1min//
Mix 10 sec/ /vital 2 in order to loosen the dough from the bowl and take it out.
Form the dough into a ball, unroll a piece of cling film on the work surface and place the dough on top.
Form into a sausage and wrap it in the film. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Take out the dough sausage and remove the cling film.Using a knife, cut out slices of about 1/2 cm. Pour the 50 g of caster sugar into a bowl and wrap each cookie in sugar for a frosted effect.
Put a sheet of baking paper on an ovenproof tray and place the cookies on it. Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes. The edges of the cookies should be slightly colored.
