Salmon croquettes recipe served at Ford cafeteria

Salmon Croquettes are a delicious and easy recipe that can be served as a main course or as a side dish. The Ford cafeteria served them as a main course with a side of roasted potatoes and green beans. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for a larger crowd.
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh salmon, skinned and boned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine salmon, onion, flour, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine egg and milk. Add to salmon mixture and mix well.
4. Shape into 8 patties. Coat in bread crumbs.
5. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Add patties and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
6. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through
