To make this dish, you will need:
1 kg chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
+ 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; blend well. Place flour in a shallow dish. Coat chicken with flour, shaking off any excess.
:3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan; sauté for 3 minutes or until browned.
4. Add chicken broth and wine to pan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
5. Place chicken in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 minutes or untilcooked through.
6. Spoon sauce over chicken.
7. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
