Churro donut recipe

Hey, everyone! Today, I’m sharing a churro donut recipe with you all. This recipe is super easy and only requires a few ingredients. You’ll need:
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of baking powder
Dash of salt
1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Churro topping (recipe below)
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Grease a donut pan with cooking spray and fill each donut cavity about 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
To make the churro topping, you’ll need:
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. of melted butter
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts in the melted butter and then in the cinnamon sugar mixture
