3 breakfast menus “classic”, “cereal” and “protein”.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, here are 3 balanced, delicious and quick to make breakfast menus.

“Classic” breakfast:

Tartine of wholemeal or corn bread
1 cup of coffee or tea
low-fat butter or 1 hard-boiled egg
2 teaspoons of low-fat jam
1 0% yogurt or cottage cheese
1 banana or 2 kiwis.

“Cereal” breakfast:

5 tablespoons of sugar-free cereal
1 yogurt 0% or 200 ml skim milk
1 pear + 1 orange
herbal tea of your choice without sugar.

“Protein” breakfast:

1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar
slice of wholemeal or corn bread
2 slices of white ham
2 teaspoons of fresh cheese
1 orange + 1 apple.
