As a result of the snowfall that Filomena has brought us, fresh produce is having trouble getting to stores on a regular basis, and one of these staples is bread.
Unfortunately it is a situation that is not new to us, because less than a year ago, during the first confinement by the coronavirus pandemic, bread became one of the stars of home cooking and who more and who less began to make his dabbling as a home baker.

Chinese steamed bread
.Although in Chinese restaurants we are used to fried breads, the truth is that Chinese bread is usually steamed, frying it afterwards is optional if you want it to be crispy, although obviously the healthiest option is to take it steamed like the ones in this steamed breads recipe.

They were a boom four years ago and, since then, they have become common on the menus of many establishments, not only Asian cuisine. In no time they will be as common as spring rolls.
