Excellent and especially quick pasta! If you’re short on time and looking for a quick recipe, this is it!
1.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped shallots. Fry and add the chopped English bacon. Sauté briefly.

After a while, add the chopped garlic and thinly sliced mushrooms. Add salt and ground black pepper. Sauté.
4.
Drain the cooked pasta. Do not pour off the water.

Add the pasta to the pan, stir and add about 1dcl of the pasta water. Sauté for a moment and add a handful of fresh spinach.
6.
Stir lightly and serve. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving. Enjoy!
