1 SP Pasta Free Vegetable Quiche

Here is the recipe for 1 SP Vegetable Pastry Free Quiche, a tasty light ww quiche, without sour cream and flour, easy and quick to make for a light evening meal.

Ingredients for 4 people: 1 SP / person –

120 g asparagus 5 cherry tomatoes 3 eggs 25 g cornstarch 1 pot 0% plain yogurt 40 g grated low-fat Gruyère cheese salt, pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash then cut the asparagus into 1 cm pieces and the cherry tomatoes into 4.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the yogurt then add the cornflour, half the grated cheese, salt, pepper and mix.
Then add the Vegetable Recipes, mix and pour into a dish lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
